How can anybody get strong healthy hair?

Basically, everyone's asking how to get certain results to their hair that all relate to healthy hair. How can we all get strong healthy shiny hair without any hair loss or expensive surgeries. How can anybody get strong healthy hair?
First, don't color or highlight it very often, if ever.

Second, don't use a lot of heated appliances on your hair (blow dryers, straightening irons, etc.)

Third, don't wash your hair every day. Every other day is plenty.

Fourth, use shampoo/conditioner that doesn't contain sodium laurel or sodium laureth sulfate. This is well known to strip the hair of vital moisture.

Fifth, don't use styling products that contain alcohol.

Sixth, use a leave-in conditioner before combing hair after washing.

Seventh, get regular trims to eliminate dry, dead ends before they begin to split. You cannot mend a split end (regardless of what products claim to do) and it will continue to split all the way up the shaft.

Eighth, take Vitamin E.How can anybody get strong healthy hair?
1) Don't take really hot showers. These dry out your hair bad and fast!

2) When you get out of the shower, don't rub the towel on your hair alot. This is also damaging and drying.

3) Limit use of hot tools. Again, damaging and drying!

PRODUCTS

1) Use a spray heat protector and conditioner (like the one from Vo5) while your hair is damp and before you use hot tools.

2) Use a deep conditioner weekly to repair damage.

3) Use a split end protector or leave-in conditioner while your hair is still damp.

For all hair, use the conditioners on the ends. If you use it all over, it will make fine to medium hair look greasy, or may weigh down curls. It is very important that curly girls don't get shampoo past their roots, because it will dry them as will the hot showers. Using natural shampoos is also good. I've never tried one to say how they work, but they don't have the chemicals that normal ones do, and wouldn't strip hair of moisture and shine. I recently use a ';cleansing conditioner'; by Wen that i ordered off QVC. I loved it! :)
It's so obvious,

but many people overlook the very important essential of a healthy diet.

Vitamins A,C,E, Protein, and water will help nourish hair

And don't try to use that many products or hair tools. That is a concoction of heat and chemical overkill.
just condition it every night, let the conditioner sit for a good while, like 5 minutes at the most, then wash it out and don't blow dry it or straighten it or curly it or just anything that can cause heat damage to your hair. people say egg is good for your hair? but i'm not sure, you could try it. don't dye your hair or put any hair sprays or moose in it for a while. i hope this helps, keep your hair safe(:
