What is the best foods for healthy hair?

Besides eating plenty of fruits, vegetables and protein what other foods, supplements and oils are good for healthy hair? Also since hair grows from the scalp and good circulation is needed on the scalp, what helps with good circulation besides massaging your scalp? What is the best foods for healthy hair?
You can massage your scalp with lemon juice or egg whites.

Rinse your hair out cold.

put warm olive oil, or coconutoil in it for 30 minutes and wash it out with shampoo. Red meats are good, because of the iron in it.

Using the shampoo mane'n tail is very good for hair.

Uhmm...

You can even put beer, mashed bananas or mayo in your hair. And wash it out.

You can dye your hair with clear henna, its a little messy but very good for your hair.

Eat carrots, fish, eggs, milkproducts, yeast, sprouts, nuts and yoghurt.

or you can make your own hairmask with olive oil and neem and leave it in for 3 hours, then wash out with shampoo.

Drink plenty of water, exercise and get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Dont comb, and wash it to often.

Heat is bad for your hair, so dont use flatning irons, curlers or blowdryers if you dont need to.

Dont comb it when its wet, because that is when it is most sensible.

Try to eat food with vitamin b, biotin, carotin, iron and vitamin e.

I have no idea about what to eat to make your hair healthy but there are a few food items you can place on your have to make it healthy. (Its gross though, results are beautiful) Mayo, eggs and beer. Egg whites are also great for your face.
All I know is that tuna is great for healthy and naturally shiny hair (and suupper soft). I eat tuna all-the-time and everyday at school, I get itleast two compliments because of my hair.

dANNY :)
Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a ';little'; honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences ';clean happy'; conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

fresh fish oil or foti root tea, 1-2 thin slices a day.
