What is the Best Way to Have A Healthy Hair?

Specific food, vitamins or some special haircare? What is the Best Way to Have A Healthy Hair?
There are several things you need to do keep your hair healthy....of coarse, keep a well-balanced diet that includes lots of calcium and protein.

1. Try not to put so much heat on your hair. Avoid it as much as possible. If you absolutely have to blow dry or use any source of heat, make sure u use a heat protector. It will help but if u tend to use heat alot, your hair will still get damaged. Trust me, I've been through this. I used Redken products as heat protectors and it helped but after so much heat on my hair, my hair still got damaged.

2. Trim your hair at least every 5-6 weeks.

3. Apply a hair mask or treatment at least once a week. (I apply coconut oil to my hair, wrap with a plastic bag, put a shower cap over it, leave for 45 minutes, and then rinse it off). This helps tremendously.

4. Use leave-in-treatments. Everyday, I use organics mayo (from Wal-mart for $4.00) which helps reduce breakage and restore hair. It works wonders.

5. Use shampoos and conditioners that contain coconut oil. Coconut oil is the key to healthy hair. It helps to keep it healthy and shiny. Do an internet search on the benefits of coconut oil and trust me, once u use it, u will be hooked. I use Palmers Coconut Shampoo (from Wal-mart for $4.00).

6. Try to use natural products. Salon products work but there is nothing better than natural products. Coconut oil, coconut shampoo, olive oil/olive oil products, and apple cider vinegar are good for the hair. If you rinse with this vinegar, it will add shine to your hair.

7. Also, try not to dye your hair so much. What is the Best Way to Have A Healthy Hair?
To have a healthy hair, i would say that the kind of shampoo and conditioner that you use for your hair should not be a cheaper brand, get a good brand such as Garnier or Dove, a brand that is expensive and famous because they are the ones that do the job. Also, if your the kind of person who straighten your hair, i suggest you don't straighten it with the hair straightener always (every day), that way, it won't damage your hair.

Food also helps to make the hair healthy, so eating fruits and vegetables are the most ones i would say, they are very important to eat in your daily life.
Here are a few tips:

Good hygiene is important for healthy hair. This includes brushing the hair properly and washing it with a mild shampoo. Good nutrition (a well - balanced diet of fresh foods and lots of water) not only helps one to have beautiful - looking hair but also improves it's texture.

Wash your hair daily or every other day. The extra circulation provided by the shampoo /message stimulates the oil glands to work more efficiently and brings natural oils into the hair. This applies to all types of hair.

Use shampoo that is pH balanced and that is designed specially for you hair type (dry, oily, etc.). Ask your hair specialist to assist you in selecting the right shampoo for your hair type. Always rinse with cool (not hot) clean water for extra shine. Allow your hair to air dry naturally whenever possible. Never brush soaking - wet hair, as the hair is quite elastic at this time and can be pulled and stretched to the breaking point. A wide - toothed comb is best for wet hair.

Give your hair a good brushing before bed. This should be done by bending forward from the waist, head down, brushing from the back to front. Brush at least fifty to one hundred strokes. This will help remove dirt, pollutants and damaging particles from the hair in addition to stimulate circulation which will increase natural oils for added sheen and oxygen to the hair and scalp.

Once a week massage jojoba oil with one to two drops of rosemary oil for dry or oily hair and tea tree for hair that show signs of dandruff into the scalp. Leave on over night, wash out the next day.

Hope those help.
eat right - don't use harsh chemicals - don't for petes sake wash your hair everyday (every other day is better) drink alot of water - don't keep your wet hair in a towel on your head, let it air dry - avoid overheating like blowdrying - only blowdry every once in a while - wear a hat in the sun - the sun is very damaging to your hair - if in a pool...... wash your hair asap when you get out. don't leave that chlorine in your hair - brush your hair a few times a day even if it doesn't need it. The hair roots like to be stimulated several times daily. - use the most mild shampoo and cond. - don't use the same products all the time, switch every 3-6 months, excite your hair - scalp massages are very good...... hope this helps
Balanced diet, a multivitamin, washing hair every OTHER day, using a natural shampoo that moisturizes, sleeping well, overall care for your health, etc, is what can make a difference. Also not using a hair dryer/curling iron/straightening iron every day helps as well! And don't brush too much because it actually BREAKS hair and can make it brittle.
I think deep conditioning is the key. I have a hair dryer like they have at salons, a cheapo version I bought at sally's, I put deep conditioner on my hair put a plastic cap over it and sit under there 1-2 times a week. Also, don't over-wash your hair. Every other day is plenty!
well, some people say eating balck sesame helps you not to grow white hair, and how to have a healthy hair? Never dye your hair, it will damage your hair.
