I just got my hair trimmed so now it's healthy. What can I do to keep it healthy? Any good tips? Any certain shampoos/conditioners?How to maintain healthy hair?
Staying healthy (physically) will help keep your hair in good shape. Eating healthy and drinking plenty of water helps keep your hair from getting damaged and it also keeps your skin healthy and glowing. Keep getting it trimmed every 6-8 weeks to keep up the healthiness. Shampoos and conditioners: Dove Cool Moisture or Garnier Fructis. =)How to maintain healthy hair?
The best shampoo in the world is Pantene! Keep up the good work on your hair! Keep them spilt ends gone!
Vitamins are essential for various body functions and also to maintain hair texture and growth. There are two types of vitamins 鈥?fat-soluble and water-soluble. The fat-soluble group contains A, D, E and K. Their intake must be precisely monitored, as a required amount will provide positive results but an excess quantity can undo the same and also cause various other problems. These are generally found in green leafy vegetables, pumpkins, butter etc. Vitamin D is unique for the fact that it can be synthesized by the body on exposure to sunlight.

Drink lots of water. Eat Fruit %26amp; Veggies. Get LOTS of calcium: (drink milk, yogurt...) And take daily showers and use a good favorite shampoo/conditioner. Basically, the key is good hygene. Good Luck! PS. I recomend 1.Pantene or 2. Dove 3. Loreal.
well.. what i do is wash my hair evry morning and i use pert shampoo... but don't put too much shampoo on ur hair becuase it's only used to clean it.. soo if its startin to get foamy its too much... and then i usually rinse under room temperature water to prevent dandruff..and all tht works for me.. and i towel dry it instead of blowdrying. but if u want to go somewhere fast then half towel half blowdry.. and to keep it healthy i guess try not to put like too many uneeded chemicals in it. and don't straighten evryday
