your hair only grow a eighth of a inch every month. dont get your hair thinned if its naturally curly i makes it a lot curlier try a differ hair cut to take out the bulk and also if your hair is curly its hard to tell when i grows cuz it curly but ne ways for the poffiness try glass by redken and if your straighten it try spray starch that stuff is wonderfulWhat vitamins promote healthy hair growth and what foods contain them?
Vitamin E but I am not sure which foods contain this vitamin. You can get Vitamin E tablets at Walmart.
Wash your hair every other day so that your not stripping your hair of the oils it needs.

Be sure to use a gentle shampoo and conditioner - Mane 'N Tail is a great brand.

Make sure you keep all split ends cut off so that you don't experience any breakage.

If you have dry, frizzy, split ended hair - I suggest getting some Shea Butter and leaving on an hour before washing hair.

Vitamins such as Biotin, Omega 3 (found in fish), Flaxseed Oil, Vitamin B, Vitamin A. And anything with protein. Hair is made up of entirely protein - so protein is important. Eggs and fish are a good source of protein.
