My hair has become unhealthy and dry because i straighten it a lot. I have calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin c and multivitamins which do you think would help out of these or do you know any other ones that would also help? thx :]What types of vitamins help with healthy hair?

there are some vitamins by nixon for your hair that i take ... you can get them at some beauty stores .. i take them lol
I swear by FISH OIL (OMEGA 369). it's like $15 for 200capsules. It works wonders for your skin and hair.
I would try biotin. It's known to fix that sort of thing.
