What's the best diet for having healthy Hair and skin and getting rid of fats?

here is what my dietician recommends - follow a practical diet. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. eat 900 gms of veggies a day. Start your meal with a big salad or soup. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tablespoons of soya nuts subside hunger pangs . substitute white bread and rice with brown. lose one kilo a week. that is the ideal.

Pick an exercise regime you like. then you are likely to stick to it. buy a pedometer, and take 10,000 steps a day.

for skin and hair have a lot of green leafy veggies, flaxseed oil (with 6 times the yougurt). What's the best diet for having healthy Hair and skin and getting rid of fats?
Having healthy hair and skin involves making sure you're eating a healthy diet and getting all of your vitamins and minerals...

With this in mind, there are fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E and K) and water soluble vitamins (all the others). So, if you completely exclude fats from your diet, you'll become deficient in the fat-soluble vitamins (which contain so-called ';anti-oxidants'; that help prevent early wrinkles).

But just to be brief, make sure you're getting all of your vitamins, minerals, eating healthily and getting some exercise.

Exercise will obviously help with losing some fat - one of the best ways to do this is strength training because this burns a ton of calories when done properly. Doing some cardio work like jogging, riding your bike or simply being more active can help. Exercising alone will boost your metabolism, making calorie-burning easier and easier.

The bottom line with losing fat (and not muscle) is to take in fewer calories than you burn. But beware, never overdo this!

If you don't take in enough calories, you'll start digesting your own muscle tissues so that the amino acids they're made of can be metabolized for energy (they follow the same pathway as sugar when you eat a piece of candy or drink a soda).

One thing you can do to help yourself reduce the number of calories you eat is to simply drink more water! This fills your stomach forcing you to eat less. More importantly, it keeps you hydrated! As a general rule - if you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated! This is the mindset I have - try to drink water before you start feeling thirsty.

Here's some great info on the antioxidants I mentioned above...
