eating a healthy diet will greatly help the health of your hair. Make sure you eat lots of veggies and protein. A b-12 vitamin could help but changing to a healthy diet is the best wayWhat foods/vitamins should i take for healthy hair?
The secret to healthy hair isn't always in vitamins. Just the way you wash your hair can make it shiney and vibrant. I use garnier sleek and shine and it really gets the job done. Only shampoo your roots. It sounds silly, but shampoo drys out your tips and take away shine. Conditioner should only be applied on the bottom of your hair. Let it sit in the shower for 3 minutes. Once you're out of the shower, letting your hair air dry allows the conditioner to sink in. Only wash your hair every other day.Soon your hair will be as shiney as ever.

Hope I helped

My hair is growing like crazy after a Friend told me to try prenatal vitamins. Works well, and my hair is thick and healthy. Wow! You can get them over the counter, and the pharmacist says it cant hurt a bit. Good Luck to you.

Im useing multivitamins since one year.... vitamins work right away but hair will grow healthier from the roots an average of 1/2 to 1 %26amp; 1/2 inch a month with no breakage,so you should see the new growth after 4 weeks clearly , if you wanna grow your hair long you dont really need an expensive multivitamin but you should look for the right dose but if hair is breaking at the same rate of its growth it will seem like its not growing at all .normally Hair grows at an average rate of about 1/2 inch per month. and if you wanna grow it long it dont matter how much it grows ';because it will grow either way';as much as it matters how to protect the exsisting hair .

definitly use the protein treatments to stop the breakage. Also poor nutrition can be the cause. There are several essential nutrients that your body needs to maintain and produce healthy cells. although vitamins are naturally found in healthy diet but food processing make it worthless,Also, the MSM lenghthens your natural anagen phase, which allows your hair to grow much longer. Your anagen phase, or growth phase, is genetically determined and limits the maximum length that your hair can reach. The hair growth phase (anagen phase) is one of three phases (growth, resting, and shedding) your hair goes through during its cycle. For example, a person with a 2 year anagen may only grow hair to their shoulders before it enters the resting phase. On the other hand, a person with a 4 year anagen will grow hair down their back before it enters the resting phase
