Which yoga position do you think is better for making healthy hair?

I would assume the sirasana would be most effective but another thread suggested kapalabhati pranayama. But which one is better?


Wouldnt sirasana create more blood flow therefore creating better hair? But the kapalabhati pranayama seems to be more recommended - why?Which yoga position do you think is better for making healthy hair?
