1.B vitamins are essential for healthy skin, hair and nails


2.Iron is essential for circulation as it delivers oxygen to the skin, hair and nails.


3.Silica helps strengthen hair, skin and nails.


4.Essential fatty acids are important for glowing skin, hair and nails and particularly helpful for skin problems such as eczema.


5. Multi vitamins supplements cannot compensate for a poor diet but they can provide nutritional insurance helping keep skin, hair and nails in good health.





Ok...for silica consume oats, barley, vegetables,for iron - lean red meat, leafy green vegetables, soy beans, and brown rice.
