comb your hair and see if you have split ends and you don't have to cut them a whole inch maybe a centimeter and if you don't cut your split ends you hair won't grow. put some olive or carrot oil but don't put too much. straighten it every once in a while and you can think of some hair styles that are cute and don't require heat, like tie it back using water and put it in a pony tail or bun.to much straighting can damage your hair and cause it to fall out. which won't let your hair get long hope my tips help. How to grow long healthy hair?
Olive oil? About once a fortnight or more, get some olive oil, massage into your scalp and through the lengths of your hair. Leave for half a hour and wash off thoroughly. Your hair will be so smooth and moisturised, and this prevents split ends.
trim it and no heat answer mine ? http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind鈥?/a>
