Aromatherapy products made with essential oils are wonderful to repair damaged hair and stimulate new hair growth when hair loss is an issue. Scalp massage formulas are the most effective but essential oils can also be added to your shampoo and hair rinse. What is the best hair product to restore my damaged hair back to nice, healthy hair?
Im not sure what kind of shampoo or conditioner you use, but I love Pantene Pro V. I had the exact same problem until I switched over. It makes your hair so much healthier (not overnight but after a few weeks of use). I also suggest getting a trim and while your at your stylist ask for a deep condition. That gives it more of an immediate result. Also if you straighten, or blowdry, or use any type of heat (I straighten every single day), use an at home deep condition about once a week or every two weeks. V05 hot oil treatment is a nice one to use. Also, try to eat more protein or take protein supplements, like powder. Good luck!
ok so if i were you i'd cut back of straightening/curling and stay away from any bleaches or dyes for now. if you have to use a hot iron on your hair make sure you use a heat protection spray. i would recommend tresemme heat damage shampoo/conditioner as it is very rich. i would also use deep conditioning treatments and hot oil treatments a few times a week. you could also try taking certain vitamins/supplements. diet also has a lot to do with hair condition so make sure you're eating properly and getting plenty of fruits and vegetables in there! :]
the best one to use is main and tail shampoo and conditioner ..and 4 styling u cud use Fantasia IC Hair Polisher it realy moisturizes ur hair and it helps with damadge hair . try 2 stay away from flat irons ..if u want ur hair straight is better 2 use a round brush and a blow dryer set on low heat and take small sections while drying /u cud aply the hair polisher on ur wet hair b4 blowdrying it ...i hope i helped =)
