How to get extremely healthy hair?

hi my hair is quite dryed out because of being out in the sun and swimming everyday over the summer. i want to get super healthy hair. (btw my hair is EXTREMELY thick and wavy) please list EVERY good method you know. (hair cut ideas, weekly deep conditioning masks, great hair products, prevention tips etc) everything! thanks!

How to get extremely healthy hair?
I use Bioterra deep conditioning shampoo%26amp;conditioner. Wash your hair every other day instead of every day. Also, if you want, you can purchase a deep conditioning treatment to use once a week.

Another thing I do, is trim my hair once a month. I only take off about 2-4 cm. If you want to add a little bit of layer to it, turn your head upside down and brush it all out so its really straight (And wet) then cut straight across. This will make it so your hair isn't uneven in the back, and you've got a little bit of layering going on in the back so you don't have a funny straight cut.

If you blow dry/flat iron your hair, buy a protective leave in treatment (Biolage works really well) to put in your hair while its damp.

When adding conditioner or the leave it stuff, MAKE SURE that you get it on the ends. A lot of times, people will focus a lot on the scalp, which doesn't need it quite as much, and barely put any at the ends. If you have fried ends, your hair will not look/feel healthy.

So, I hope that helps :) I had the same problem for a really long time. Biolage definitely is my favorite, but keep in mind, if you use the same shampoo/conditioner for too long, it wont work as well, so you'll want to switch it out with something else that you like. Stay away from Pantiene, it coats your hair in wax and it looks really good at the start, but then it just ruins your hair. How to get extremely healthy hair?
first, you need to go get all the dead ends cut off and start over.

you need to change your diet, eat lots of proteins, fruits and veggies, and avoid any sugars or pretty much junkfood in general.

also only drink water!

take care of your hair like it was a baby.

dont brush your hair when it is wet, comb it with a wide-toothed comb very carefully. don't use heat at all on your hair unless for special occasions.

if you want to blow dry your hair blowdry it on low heat and then finish on cool.

try not to shampoo everyday unless you have too. only condition the ends of hair and dont shampoo the ends, just let the shampoo rinse through the ends of your hair.

to make hair look shiny and feel silky, rinse out your conditioner with cold water. also, massage olive oil into your scalp, it makes your hair look really pretty and feel good as it grows.

get your hair trimmed every 4-6 weeks to avoid splint ends.

there are a lot of videos on youtube with people demonstrating how to get healthy hair, they help alot:)

good luck, I hope you succeed.
first, for a couple days use a clarifying shampoo on it, and let it air dry. that will help get rid of any toxins that swimming embedded into your hair.

then dont use any heated styling tools.

every 6-10 weeks get a few centimeters taken off your ends of hair, to help remove split ends. you can do that yourself to cut down on price. just make sure you envest in a good pair of sheers :)

good luck!!
I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss as well as for healthy hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm鈥?/a>
I use Neutrogena hair mask every other day.

strength and repair conditioner by Garnier also works well. Using these conditioners will get rid of dead ends and any frizz

my hair is thick and wavy too
stay away from curling irons, straightners, etc. Use conditioner and Shampoo every day. Also if you cut it the ends of your hair will be healthier
Head and Shoulders improves the health of hair and scalp.

Also cutting it a bit monthly helps it grow stronger and healthier :)
2 phase is a hair conditioner treatment it is excellent. repeat 3 times weekly
