it is just like skin if you have a bad diet you get bad hair and skin..
also if you wash to much it will wash all the goodness out..
so just wash your hair a few times not everyday..
also try cracking an egg on your head lol it really works i mix it with shampoo..
try a good conditioner as well and try use less heating products.
