Healthy Hair?

I heard that washing your hair every day isn't healthy, but if I don't wash it very day my hair gets very greasy. What should I do?Healthy Hair?
--Well, I've heard that it is bad to wash it everyday because the hair loses oils and moisture... sometimes leading to a dry scalp... personaly I dont wash my hair once or twice in a week.





--It also Depends on your hair type and if you wear caps or sweat a lot. If you have oily hair, washing it everyday will work the oil glands and keep it oily. If your hair is dry, washing it everyday can keep it dry. Use a salon shampoo that is pH balanced and right for your type of hair. Check with your stylist for the best. Salon shampoos and conditioners can cost a little more but they are best for your hair.





--Wash your hair everyday!! It's healthy because it cleans your hair. But dont wash it more than once a day, because the oils in your hair will get washed out making your hair dry!





If you dont want your hair to get greasy, then wash your hair everday and make sure to use the right shampoo, conditioner, oil, and anti-frizz creme! Those are all the hair products I use and i always get compliments on my hair! If you follow my tips, you will get as many compliments too!

Washing your hair every day is very healthy. But you need to use the new vive pro hair shampoo and conditioner.

I had the same problem as you, until I discovered talcum powder.


Just sprinkle it on your roots when greasy, and brush out. It absorbs the oil and makes your hair smell nice and fresh. It's also much cheaper and seems to work better then dry shampoos.

invest in a DECENT deep conditioning treatment, that should help the effects of washing it every day.
Washing ur hair everyday is not healthy because u lose some type of oil that ur hair produces to make it shiny and healthy. Try washing your hair every two days. Try to use Dove
Wash your hair whenever you want. Take a multivitamin or biotin and this will help keep your hair healthy. If you use lots of chemicals in your hair, that will make your hair no healthy. You are fine. Keep washing your hair as you do.
it can be healthy, and it can also be unhealthy. for instance, asian hair benefits from shampooing daily. you could try using special shampoo for oily hair, or just wash it every day. if it's unhealthy for you, you'll know and your scalp will begin to have these itchy bump things, and your hair will stop growing as quickly.

you could wash it one day then another day cover your hair in just conditioner and leave it on for a while then just wash it off its called conditioner treatment
