Which one of this shampoos is th best for healthy hair?

Vive pro, Pantene, Dove ?Choose one and tell why is good?Do you have any experience with it?Which one strength srands of hair and promotes hair growth?Which one of this shampoos is th best for healthy hair?
Vive....becuz Ive tried the others and didnt like them. Dove and Pantene both have alot of wax in them and weigh the hair down, making them feel gummy like you didnt get it rinsed out.

Im very, very picky about my hair and Vive is actually what Im using right now. The healthier and softer your hair, the faster itll grow. Also, the hair/nail vitamens and prenatal vitamens work great for making your hair grow faster.Which one of this shampoos is th best for healthy hair?
pateenprov!!

i use it alot it makes it shinnyer healthyer
none are good....all cheap and bad for hair
well i use Garnier Fructis (Fortifying) and you can get it for your hair type (normal to oily) too. my hair is color-treated so it works pretty good for me anyways :o}
The sad thing is hair is everyones hair is different and we spend way to much money trying to find the ';right one.'; So go to the store and in the travel section try a few that way you don't spend all your money and have half used shampoo bottles in your shower. So good luck!!!!!
i m a hair expert in my city.so i prefer for u garnier fructis.but remember conditioners help u more to remove oil from ur hair than shampoos.so u should use conditioners like garnier ultra doux or revlon flex.are u indian?u sound like
Dove. Dove is a shampoo that gently washes away oils and dirt. I am currently using up a Dove shampoo and conditioner.

I never tried Vivi pro.

All pantene shampoo I HEARD (pwease don't hurt me!!) has this wax thingy in them, so when you wash your hair, you have this layer of wax, aka, more shine. But I used it before and it works fine ;).

But I recommend Infusium, Garnier, and v50.
stick with pantene. it is the best for your hair because it goes deeply into your roots and nurtures them. A little advise: don't wash your hair everyday it is not healthy for oily hair, you just make you hair cuticles more oil and don't use conditioner and if you do very very little. It just adds to greasy hair and makes them unsightly,.

What is a good regimen for african american natural hair care to grow hair and have healthy hair.. Incld oils.?

Incld daily hair care and night care and washing and drying .. etc.. everything.. type of combs brushes.. scarves.. night caps.. shampoo conditions.. everything .What is a good regimen for african american natural hair care to grow hair and have healthy hair.. Incld oils.?
hair care: I do not relax my hair because it result in damage. I flat iron at most twice a month with a sedu revolution and redken heatglide heat protectant. I take biotin and msm sulfur to help with growth.

night care: I wear a satin bonnet to sleep at night and use a silk/satin pillowcase. I usually put my hair in big braids at night so its wavy and detangled in the morning.

washing: I wash my hair with non sulfate shampoo's or i cowash my hair. I also precleanse with diluted apple cider vinegar. to prevent breakage or tangles i was my hair in twists. heres a good video tutorial on washing and conditioning.

drying: I pat my hair dry with a tshirt. I airdry my hair. Rubbing your hair with a regular towel can cause breakage.

combs: I usually finger comb my hair first before proceeding with a wide tooth comb. i only detangle when my hair has conditioner(I use garnier fructis triple nutrition) in it. I start from the ends and work my way up.

brushes: I dont brush my hair because can cause uneeded tension or breakage

shampoo: I recommend a sulfate free shampoo unless you use products with silicones. Here are some sulfate free shampoo companies:

Burt's Bees

Carol's Daughter

Aubrey Organics: http://www.aubreyorganics.com/

Blended Beauty: http://www.blendedbeauty.com

Kinky Curly: http://www.kinkycurly.com

Trader Joe's Refresh Shampoo

Avalon Organics: http://www.avalonorganics.com/

Oyin Handmade: http://www.oyinhandmade.com

Qhemet Biologics: http://www.qhemetbiologics.com

condition: for cowashing i use a cheap silicone free conditioner such as v05 kiwi and lime or suave naturals(only the naturals are silicone free). For deepconditioning i use giovanni smooth as silk conditioner(sold at most drugstores but you can get a big bottle at marshalls or tj maxx for value). everything .

Moisture is really important. I usually spritz my hair with water mixed a little olive oil. Then I seal in the moisture with whipped shea butter, coconut oil or oyin whipped pudding.

Eating healthy, drinking lots of water, exercising and wearing protective styles such as buns, braids, or twists are a great to retain length and promote healthy hair. What is a good regimen for african american natural hair care to grow hair and have healthy hair.. Incld oils.?
Everyone's hair is different, so you really have to start experimenting with different products; everyone has to do that at some point. Someone might have the same size coils or curls as you but might have a completely different hair texture, and that'll affect the type of products you use. My hair has different sized coils, but I have some soft coils an wiry coils and they don't always respond to the same products, or the same amount of product. Your coil size and texture also effects how you handle your hair as far as detangling. My soft coils are easier to detangle and comb through and doesn't knott, and doesn't easily tangle. My wiry coils easily tangle and knot. So, texture really plays a difference in how you handle your hair and what products you use.

I use the Denman D3 to detangle and it also defines my curls and reduces my detangling time. I can get all the small and large curls with that one brush. It does create a lot of shrinkage, though. I use Wen hair care and this helps keep my hair healthy and it retains moisture because of it. It also makes my hair super soft, defines my coils and significantly reduces frizz. I also use some Carol's Daughter products for moisture, deep conditioning, and I have a shampoo that I use when I'm not using Wen. I use shae butter, too, for moisture. I use coconut oil and sometimes olive oil to seal, and I use olive oil for hot oil treatments and that has made my hair stronger. I use Nexxus Emergency for my protein treatment.

This is just what I use for my hair, and what my hair responds to. You have to listen to what your hair needs. If anything, I suggest you use sulfate-free shampoos because they won't dry out your as much as regular shampoos.

[EDIT] Oh, my advice for growing your hair is to leave it alone. Don't comb, brush, or style it too much or you can break it. I cut my hair to less than 1/2 inch and a year and 2 months later my hair was shoulder-length and that's because I literally did not have any breakage my first year. Even now, I have very little breakage because I'm very gentle with my hair when I do detangle it and my hairstyles are simple and don't require any combing or brushing (I just wear it loose in a headband, but it's still short enough that it doesn't tangle). I do add oil at night to keep it from completely drying out and then I rinse it in the morning. But, if you want longer hair then you can't manipulate your hair too much or you'll have breakage. Just make sure you keep your hair clean, conditioned, and moisturized, and give it the protein it needs to stay strong. Good luck.

[EDIT] Another thing is to stop flat ironing, or reduce it to a bear minimum. Heat can severely damage your hair. I've seen girls who have to cut several inches of hair to get rid of the damage, and other experience severe breakage. I don't use heat in any form and just wear it short and curly/coily.
If you really think about it your hair really grows its just that we african american people have hair that is more prone to popping when we comb it and breaking. So the real question is what products make your hair soft and smooth so when we do comb and style it wont pop. I use a lot of olive oil products to keep my hair from falling out and at all times you should make sure that your hair is moisturized, because once your hair is dry then your hair will break and become shorter. If you do want to stimulate growth i suggest you go to a health store and buy some biotin pills because biotin is the vitamin that makes up the hair, and vitamin e pills as well.
Check out my hair regimen and products I use...they are working for me. I've just started using castor oil to keep my scalp clean, check it out:

Get a special shampoo and conditioner(go to a hair place for advice on which one would work best for you), get a good brand brush because some make you get splits, eat lots of protein because thats what hair is, and pick it when its wet(DON'T brush it!). Yeaa and if you go swimming in chlorine, wet your hair IMMEDIATLY when you get out of the pool.Better yet just take a shower. Alrighty and apart from those things, just trim it a half an inch every eight weeks and you should have long pretty hair in a few years because hair only grows six inches a year
use almond oil when u come out of the shower or baby oil and it comes out nice and long =)

try mane and tail...... a stylist
Mane and tail does help quite a bit, but also look for some Biotin. It's a vitamin that helps with your skin, nails, and hair. It helps to keep your nails and hair healthy and less brittle. Take one of those vitamins once a day and you will see results! ^_^
Vitamin E!

Other than that just keep your hair clean and get it trimmed about a 1/4 - 1/2 inch every 3-4 Weeks.

How much does really healthy hair grow in a month?

hair that never has heat on it or any split ends and doesnt get washed everyday? How much does really healthy hair grow in a month?
I think the average is about 1/4 inch, but probably more for hair that is very healthy. I have very thin and somewhat damaged hair, and mine doesn't even grow 1/4 inch a month.

I know a girl who's hair grows about an inch a month. It's crazy. She's Italian and has very thick and healthy hair. How much does really healthy hair grow in a month?
so try this...regular trims are a must, about every 7-9 weeks. if its been awhile since you have had a trim then inches may be called for to get to healthy hair. i use vitamin e on fresh washed hair.(its a vitamin that can be purchased where you buy vitamins, cut open capsule, squeeze into hand, rub hands together and apply to hair) dont message into scalp. if you get too much then just rewash it. hair will feel slightly sticky until dry then it will be nice and soft. it tames the frizzies, deep conditions and makes hair grow about three in a month. it takes about a month for the e to kick in. dont brush your hair but maybe once a week to message the scalp, i use a wide tooth comb at other times. brushing breaks off hair. i just started biotin vitamins two months ago this sat and notice and big growth spurt from that. biotin is cheap. i also have the biotin shampoo that i got from a vitamin store online. five bucks for a big bottle and a big bottle of E is about 8 bucks. the biotin is about 3 bucks. good luck
I have found some good tips in following link, It may be good for you too

  • How to get my healthy hair back?

My entire life I always had long, shiny, straight hair. But then 8 months ago I highlighted my hair like three times in two months and also was very sick at the same time. Ever since then my hair has been so rough and unmanageable. I have vitamins everyday and do conditioning treatment once a week but nothing seems to work.

What can I do??How to get my healthy hair back?
Okay I had the same problem...first stop highlighting ur hair and put lemon juice in it insed (it lightens even the darkest hair) now continue the vitamins. try letting ur hair dry by itself meaning no hairdryers/ straighteners. I use TREsemmie sleek and shiny shampoo/conditioner. also try products w/ frizz control in them found at any local store. Good LuckHow to get my healthy hair back?
You should defenitly get a trim for starters. thats really important.

you should also try to use heat on your hair no more then once a week. and when you do, use a heat protectant.

you should also deep condtion atleast once a week. (use a shower cap and sit under the dryer).

also never brush your hair when its wet, this causes split ends and breakage.

Heat protectant : tresemme heat tamer !
First you need to cut your hair. Keeping the dead and split ends won't help. At least once a week do deep conditioning treatments and don't use heat products (they will damage your hair cuticle and make things worse for you). Just be patient, keep repeating the deep conditioning and no heat and you should be good.
